While I'm not impressed with how the Iditarod handled the situation I commend the mushers involved in the ordeal many, many times over.
Its interesting how small our town can be. Robert, Kathy and I met musher Darst's handlers at a gas station on our way out to Jasin's place for our run. And Matray is a musher I met a while back when he started the Sled Dog Fund and needed a logo. We continue to support Matray's efforts through his fund raising auctions and will be donating more merchandise to him this year.

The dogs and I got out to the trail yesterday for a run with Kathy but Im behind on work so details and photos will have to wait until I can get another free moment.
