Foster Pups

I don't like to bring in pups that often because of the time they need and the pressure it puts onto my already full schedule but these guys were pretty special. They needed socialization really BAD and at this age it was crucial to do a whole lot of bonding before their brains become more mature.

They have been here for a few days and are already eating from my hand and letting me touch them on the side of the face while they eat but I'm still having to chase them around the pen to catch them and offer attention to show them that being with people is a good thing. They are catching on quickly that cuddling provides some really nice relaxing belly rubs.

These guys are from Jeff King bloodlines and will make really awesome working dogs. For this reason I am really picky about where they are placed and the shelter is working very well with me to make sure they get just the right home.

One of the girls and the boy may already be claimed but the blue eyed girl may still be looking for a good home.

The blue eyed girl (black and white pup) may make a great leader when she gets older. She is very confident and appears to be very intelligent even at this young age.
