A lot has been going on around here... too much actually...James birthday was this weekend and we had a nice dinner out, then we have had to tie up a lot of loose ends with our rental place plus trying to find time to get my regular work in. Unfortunately all this has pushed the dogs training off a few days but hopefully today we will be back on track.
I have so much information to catch up on with the fosters. They all have been improving and evolving nicely. Madeline is now in the house full time and coming with me in the house or in the car when ever I have to be out. I'm hoping it will help bring her out of her shell a bit more as she is still so shy.
Most of the time she prefers to stay in her crate but Ive seen her stretch out a bit (rather than huddle in the corner) and she has eaten her dinner while I'm still in the room which is a huge jump for her.
Getting her to be with me around the house requires a leash but shes willing to try new things. Shes still not sure about relaxing with us at night on the couch but Ive worked up the time shes with us to about two hours and have caught her trying to nap and relax. Its going to take a lot of time but I am seeing the improvements already.
I have more information on Olive, Stripe and Laya but am pressed for time today so I will been updating them later...
