The only thing nice about this warmer weather is having the sun back. Not so great for running dogs but great for pictures! To see more check out our Facebook page...Our clients were great today, enjoyed their ride and stayed nice and warm. There was plenty of time for giving the dogs snow breaks, cool downs and photo ops. The forecast says it might cool down in the next few days and there is even a chance of snow, but only north of Fairbanks.
The dogs did much better on the trail than I thought they would. I was watching Hera close to see if her heavy coat was going to give her trouble but she pulled through really well. The boys are not as heavily coated and didn't suffer with the heat as much as I thought they would. All of them did very well.
