Everyone heading up then down to the fields in the flood control...
Heavenly view of spring...
Splashing through what looks like a dry field to chase distant birds.The water patches are deceiving, hidden away just under a layer of grass or mud sucking at my shoes as we took our walk.
The swamps...Another patch of water taken over completely by last years grass growth.
The dogs were a bit amazed when they jumped in. The looks on their faces was one of wonder at why this area wasn't more solid or more liquid... I could tell the grass was slowing them down considerably and most didn't travel far from the 'shore'.
