More Free Time

Had the chance to take the pups out again for another fun run. This time the Buffalo Brothers were left at home. That helped thin out our numbers a bit and offered more control.

Griffin was technically supposed to stay home since this time is only to be for the retired ones and the pups who still need recall training but it seemed fitting that he come any way. Hes never any trouble, sticks close and is such a delight to have around.

We started at the stairs this time for a change of pace. It was a bit tougher to avoid the boggy areas and keep my shoes dry from that area but we managed well. Of course the dogs didnt care one bit about the water. All came back to the truck completely soaked with broad happy grins.

Chronos seems to be growing stronger with these walks. In the yard hes still content to let the others roughhouse while he chews on a bone but on our walks hes anxious to explore and seemed to have less trouble this trip in catching his breath.

Ajax continues to amaze me in his stamina and speed. You would think that with such tiny legs he would opt to be picked up more than run along side but he never seems to tire even on our longer walks through high grass or boggy areas.
