... well, at least the show part is.We had our last day today and boy am I very glad to be home! It was an exhausting three days but we had fun and did very well.
But I'm really anxious to get back to my regular work, commissions and running dogs!
I was hoping this winter would be slow, like the last one was, so I could focus more on the dogs but the work keeps pilling up. I'm hoping that after a fun run with the team that this time will not include exploring or anything that could potentially go wrong, I can come back home, get some good solid work done and relax knowing that our next retail show wont be until next year when we start up our summer at the Farmers Market.
Scott and I will still have a few showings this winter. One will be at the grand opening of the Yukon Quest gift shop downtown where they will have many of our items on display and for sale. The other will be a first Friday showing at the 2nd Street Coffee Shop also in downtown Fairbanks and finally another showing at Gulliver's Books in March or April.
More details to come once I get my calendar organized...
For now, I'm going to crash and decompress from three straight days of talking and socializing with the public...
