Laya went home today and yard is a bit empty with her gone. Hard to believe that one tiny dog can mean so much. She has touched every one she comes in contact with so much love that we are all incredibly blessed by her presence.
It was so touching to see her so excited to see her owner again and to see her so eager to get in her car back to her home and dog bed. She is a spoiled little girl and well deserving of such treatment!
We are still waiting on Mohawk to get to Kodiak. The weather and the flight schedules haven't been matching up too well but we will try again on Monday. He is a another little fellow we don't mind keeping around here for just a bit longer! :)
Still behind on posting new photos to here and Facebook. I'm having a bit of trouble transferring files from the lap top to the main computer so it will be a bit longer before I can share photos on the trail and from our dog sled rides yesterday. All in good time...
Going to try and head out this weekend for another run. Most likely will end up doing a bit more work on our five mile trail since the snow we received a while back pulled in the willow branches over the trail. Hard to tell any work was done to clean it up previously but maybe another trimming will keep it clean for the rest of the year.
